BRAKES SYSTEM
The RK kart line are equipped with the hydraulic “CX” brake system characterized by great effectiveness and reliability, besides an exceptional design. According to each drivers’ preference, it is possible to choose the “W” discs either in steel or cast iron. The braking force is the same, the first offers a more precise braking, whilst the cast iron allows you to better modulate the action, also optimizing the temperature.
CHASSIS AND EQUIPMENT
Built with 30 mm tubes and with a conventional design, the chassis represents a guarantee of efficiency. The set-up is expected to have mounted HQ muffler supports, in order to mount the rear pod, magnesium wheels, front spindles “big” and all Freeline HQ accessories easily. Among the optional items, it is possible to mount front hubs and all the components for the rear end in magnesium by Freeline (hubs, bearing, disc carrier and ratio carrier) as well as Freeline seats by Tillet.

A new trademark is entering the panorama of International karting. A prestige trademark, as it was wanted and conceived by Formula 1 driver Robert Kubica.
It is also a considerable trademark with great added value because Kubica himself is directly involved behind the project and will put into play his vast experience.
Other than the immense passion for karting.
Everything is directed by Birel with its elevated technical and commercial know-how, also for what concerns the customer service.
The RK Line (pag. 127) characterized by the top quality of each single accessory and by an engaging design, wants to be conventional and dominate in the KF and KZ classes, through the prerogatives of a versatile chassis easy to set-up.
From here the choice to develop a frame with 30 mm tubes, capable to adapt to different types of racetracks and tyres, representing an optimal comprise also for the one brand trophies in which the chassis are free (eg. Rok and Rotax).
The RK trademark will certainly be among the most interesting news for the 2009 season and it will prove itself both in the single national championships and in International field.

The chassis made with 30mm tubes and high quality accessories, comes mounted for the KF-one brand classes (RK 30-KF). At the front end, there will be a front stabilizer (if anchored, improves the run in the curve) and new 25 mm Freeline spindles, interchangeable stem to vary the characteristics of material just like the rear axles. The “C” are anchored on the front crossbar and always on the front there is the footrests and the floor panel is covered in pvc with detailed graphic. There is a great demand also for all accessories in anodized gold color. The pods are Freeline with new homologation (optimized in the weight of about 1.5 kg), supplied with gold-white and orange sticker kit which is very engaging. The effective hydraulic “CX” brake system is the latest born by Freeline.
